Case Study 1 - April 2023 (Multiple Months)
Brought in to help with financial analysis on prospective debt financing deal in the multi 9-figure range for publicly traded company [redacted]. Analyzed financials, repeatedly met with leadership team during 3rd party diligence. Recognized inconsistencies in proposed company projections.
Monitored company leadership personality tells such as hidden body modifications, clothing choices, lending to deceptive business practices, and unethical behavior. Findings presented to Managing Director. Recommended stay away or at least, delay funding to allow for potential allowance to purchase company for discounted amount during restructuring as the senior debt holder. Ultimately [redacted] filed for bankruptcy and is now facing lawsuits for misappropriations of equity holder funds. My client and his firm never became involved.
Case Study 2 - February 2025
A client was dealing with recurring tension in a male-female dynamic where attraction, communication, and expectations were misaligned. Identified the underlying patterns, reframed the interaction, and developed a calmer, more effective approach.
Utilizing behavioral psychology, understanding root level male-female dynamics, and providing the client with an explanation of evolutionary psychology, he was able to turn the relationship around.
Case Study 3 - August 2025
(Ongoing Support)
Struggling to choose between several major life paths and losing hope in the process. Clarifying priorities, identifying the real sources of frustration, (not the obvious ones) and creating a more grounded framework for moving forward allowed my client to ultimately accept an interim CEO role in an effort to position the company for a sale, as opposed to retiring. It was not the working that was the problem, but the current structure of how the company was run. Ongoing support in helping to manage the expectations of being a CEO.
